Toilet repair services
Many toilet problems can be corrected without replacing the entire fixture. Our work can include:
• Running-toilet diagnosis and internal-part replacement
• Fill valve, flapper, flush valve, handle, and supply-line repair
• Toilet reset and seal replacement when appropriate
• Loose-toilet stabilization and mounting evaluation
• Weak or incomplete flush troubleshooting
• Accessible leak diagnosis around the tank, bowl, base, and shutoff
• Toilet-clog diagnosis and clearing
• Shutoff-valve replacement when included in the scope
• Commercial flushometer and restroom fixture evaluation
Water at the base does not always come from the floor seal. Condensation, a tank-to-bowl leak, supply connection, cracked fixture, or nearby plumbing can produce similar symptoms. We inspect the accessible components before recommending a reset or replacement.
Toilet installation and replacement
We install customer-selected and contractor-supplied toilets when the model, rough-in, flange, water connection, and space are compatible. Installation can include:
• Removal of the existing toilet
• Flange and mounting-surface inspection
• New seal and mounting hardware
• Supply connection and shutoff evaluation
• Standard-height, comfort-height, elongated, round-front, and dual-flush models
• Accessible or commercial fixture installation when specified
• Final flush, fill, stability, and leak testing
• Haul-away when included in the estimate
Choosing the right toilet
Before buying a fixture, check the rough-in measurement, bowl shape, overall dimensions, seat height, flush type, water connection, and clearance around doors or walls. Product returns can delay the job, so send us the model or product link before the appointment when possible.
Our service process
1. Identify the problem or installation goal — We ask about leaks, flushing performance, clogs, fixture age, and whether a replacement has already been purchased.
2. Inspect the toilet and connection — We evaluate the fixture, shutoff, supply line, floor stability, flange condition, and visible drainage concerns.
3. Explain repair versus replacement — We review the likely cause, available repair, fixture compatibility, and any work that may extend beyond a standard installation.
4. Complete and test the work — We repair or install the approved components, verify the toilet is secure, and test multiple flush and fill cycles.
When to call promptly
Request service soon if the toilet rocks, leaks at the base, will not stop filling, overflows repeatedly, has a cracked tank or bowl, or causes gurgling in other fixtures. A toilet that repeatedly clogs may point to the fixture, branch drain, main drain, or sewer line—not just the toilet itself.
Service area
We provide toilet installation and repair in Louisville, Jefferson County, Oldham County, Shelby County, Bullitt County, Hardin County, Breckinridge County, and nearby Kentucky communities.
